He is currently Managing Director for Adaptive Marketing Partners. He brings over 13 years of executive level research experience spanning the fields of Healthcare, High Technology (computer hardware and software), Office Equipment, Telecommunications, and the Utility industry. His work has been pivotal in assisting companies through the stages of their business cycle and development, aiding companies through new product development, customer acquisition, gaining market share and retaining customers through customer relationship marketing.
